Experienced Machine Operators - Manufacturing in Nashua, New Hampshire at Crane Currency

At Crane Currency, we manufacture advanced security features that protect U.S. and global currency. We’re hiring experienced Manufacturing Machine Operators within our Operations Team to join our Nashua, NH team across 2nd and 3rd shift. If you’ve worked in a technical manufacturing or machine operating role and want work that’s precise, meaningful, and stable, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll do

• Operate and monitor press and manufacturing equipment in a highly controlled environment
• Inspect materials and finished product to meet strict quality and security standards
• Identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and document production data
• Use test and inspection equipment and follow detailed safety procedures
• Cross‑train on additional equipment and support continuous improvement

This is hands‑on, technical manufacturing work where experience and attention to detail matter.

What you’ll get

• $24 - $27/hour, based on experience
• Shift differentials: 15% (2nd shift), 20% (3rd shift)
• Work that supports U.S. and global currency security
• Training on advanced equipment and paths to certification
• Long‑term stability with a company operating since the early 1800s

Important note: This role starts through a trusted agency partner while Public Trust clearance is completed. After clearance, training, and meeting performance expectations, you’ll be considered for permanent employment with Crane Currency.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in technical manufacturing or machine operation
  (CNC, press, extrusion, converting, or similar)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort learning computer‑based systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable, safety‑focused team player

• U.S. Citizen able to meet Public Trust requirements

Shift schedules

• 2nd: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
• 3rd: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
