As part of a global workforce solutions group, we're experiencing significant growth across Australia and are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our expansion throughout Western Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who doesn’t just “talk the talk” but enjoys opening doors, building strategic partnerships and converting opportunities into long-term business. You'll have the autonomy to own your territory while working alongside a highly supportive Business Manager and experienced recruitment team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan across Western Australia, identifying growth opportunities from the Kimberley through to Albany.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking and client engagement.
• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities across mining, construction, manufacturing and blue-collar labour hire sectors.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, tenders and contract implementation from initial engagement through to successful onboarding.
• Work closely with our recruitment team to ensure exceptional service delivery and long-term client partnerships.
• Conduct market mapping to identify emerging opportunities, key decision-makers and future workforce requirements.

About You

You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys business development and has a track record of building lasting client relationships.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Proven Business Development experience within the recruitment or labour hire industry.
• Established networks within the WA mining, construction, industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Demonstrated success winning new business and managing complex commercial sales cycles.
• Strong commercial acumen with confidence negotiating pricing and contractual agreements.
• A self-motivated, energetic approach with the ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
• A passion for building a genuine regional presence across Western Australia, not just within the Perth metropolitan area.
