- Competitive pay: $72,600.57 - $108,900 annually
- Compensation is determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity. The posted salary range reflects the full earning potential of the position; however, most new hires are typically placed between the minimum and midpoint of the salary grade, with opportunities for growth and progression based on performance and development.
Position Summary
As a Branch Manager II, you'll lead a high-performing branch with increased operational complexity, volume, or staffing scope. You'll inspire, coach, and develop your team while driving exceptional member service, operational excellence, and sustainable branch growth.
What You'll Do
- Guide the daily operations of a dynamic, high-volume branch.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
Drive Performance
- Lead branch sales and service initiatives to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor trends, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to improve results.
- Balance member experience, business growth, and operational effectiveness.
Deliver Exceptional Member Experiences
- Foster a member-first culture that builds trust and loyalty.
- Resolve complex member concerns with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Ensure every interaction reflects Harborstone's commitment to service excellence.
Ensure Operational Excellence
- Maintain strong compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote audit readiness and effective risk management practices.
- Oversee accurate documentation and operational controls.

Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma required: Essential
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience within financial services required, with a minimum of one year in a formal people leadership or supervisory role.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in core banking systems, Microsoft Office, and financial service tools.
Physical Considerations
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal, written, and electronic formats with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and respond to written and verbal instructions and information.
- May be required to sit or stand for extended periods, depending on job duties.
- May involve repetitive motions, including keyboarding and handling office equipment.
- May require stooping, bending, squatting, or reaching occasionally.
- May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to navigate office environments, including walking between workstations, meeting rooms, and member service areas.
- Regular travel between assigned branch locations required.
