Implementation Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Implementation Project Manager based in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of client success, technology implementation, and project leadership within a fast-scaling marketing technology environment. You will guide enterprise customers through onboarding and platform activation, ensuring seamless deployment of a sophisticated marketing and messaging solution. Acting as the primary point of contact during implementation, you will coordinate timelines, integrations, and technical setup across multiple stakeholders. The role blends structured project management with technical fluency in APIs, data flows, and system integrations. You will also play a key role in enabling clients to adopt AI-powered capabilities from day one. Operating in a highly collaborative and fast-moving environment, you will help shape how customers realize value from the platform quickly and effectively.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will lead end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and integration of the platform across complex enterprise environments.

  • Own and manage multiple concurrent customer implementation projects, including onboarding, configuration, integrations, and go-live execution
  • Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact during implementation, aligning expectations, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Strategy) to ensure seamless delivery
  • Oversee technical integrations including REST APIs, data flows, third-party systems, and platform configuration
  • Track project milestones, maintain documentation, and communicate clear status updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early, proactively driving resolution and escalation when needed
  • Guide clients in adopting AI-powered and advanced platform capabilities as part of onboarding and activation
  • Continuously improve implementation processes, playbooks, and best practices to enhance scalability and efficiency
Requirements:

This role requires a strong blend of project management expertise, technical literacy, and client-facing communication skills within a SaaS or professional services environment.

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, solutions delivery, implementation, or client onboarding roles
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise software implementations
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and data concepts (APIs, REST, JSON, integrations, and system architecture fundamentals)
  • Experience working with marketing technology platforms such as ESPs, CDPs, or enterprise SaaS solutions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • Familiarity with agile delivery environments and structured project management methodologies
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with high client expectations
