  • Drive the development of next-generation attributed outcomes reporting that supports customer expansion and demonstrates measurable healthcare impact.

  • Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to align data initiatives with business and clinical goals.
  • Strengthen data privacy, security, and compliance practices, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards such as HITRUST.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering or data platform roles, including at least 8 years in people management and 5+ years leading data engineering teams.
  • Strong hands-on technical capability with willingness to stay close to systems and architecture when needed.
  • Deep healthcare data experience (5+ years), including exposure to claims, eligibility, labs, PBM data, HEDIS exports, or similar healthcare datasets.
  • Proven track record of building, scaling, and operating production-grade data systems in complex environments.
  • Strong experience in data analytics, reporting, and translating data into actionable business insights.
  • Expertise in data strategy, governance, reliability, and operational excellence in production systems.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage effectively across executives, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with modern data stack tools such as SQL, Python, dbt, Redshift, Fivetran, Airflow, Postgres, and AWS.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance practices in regulated environments.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $190,000 to $230,000 plus equity.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, and FSA/HSA options.
  • Generous paid time off and parental leave policies.
  • Flexible, remote-first work environment with optional access to in-person collaboration spaces.
  • Equity participation in a mission-driven, high-growth healthcare organization.
  • Opportunity to directly impact health outcomes for underserved populations at scale.
  • Collaborative and highly mission-focused team culture with strong executive support.
