You will be responsible for reviewing, creating, and refining scientific content that helps models better understand chemical concepts, reactions, and laboratory processes. The work involves ensuring high scientific accuracy while translating complex chemistry knowledge into clear, structured explanations usable for AI training. You will engage with experimental data, technical write-ups, and synthesis documentation, helping shape high-quality datasets. The environment is remote, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on precision and consistency. - Review and evaluate chemistry-related content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and scientific rigor across datasets and training materials.
- Create, edit, and validate experimental write-ups, synthesis reports, chemical analyses, and structured technical documentation.
- Develop clear explanations of chemical principles, reaction mechanisms, laboratory procedures, and analytical methods across varying complexity levels.
- Verify chemical equations, datasets, calculations, and experimental methodologies for correctness and consistency.
- Provide structured feedback to improve chemistry datasets, guidelines, and documentation used in AI model training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align scientific content with project goals and quality standards.
- Contribute domain expertise to refine evaluation frameworks and content creation guidelines.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline.
- Proven experience preparing experimental reports, synthesis documentation, scientific publications, or technical analyses in academic or industry settings.
- Strong understanding of core chemistry domains, including organic, inorganic, analytical chemistry, laboratory techniques, and data interpretation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex scientific concepts clearly and accurately.
- High attention to detail with strong ability to review, validate, and refine technical scientific content.
- Ability to translate complex chemistry knowledge for both technical and non-technical audiences when required.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, structured, and collaborative digital environment.
- Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $20–$40/hour (contract-based role).
