Manager - Foundry

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager - Foundry based in India.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing center of excellence supporting global operations and technology delivery initiatives.
You will oversee multidisciplinary teams focused on quality, technical support, and program execution while driving operational excellence.
The position plays a key role in improving customer experience, delivery reliability, and service scalability through strong leadership and governance.
You will collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, sales, supply chain, and technology teams to deliver impactful solutions.
The role combines people management, process improvement, technical operations, and strategic execution in a fast-paced environment.
You will help establish best practices, develop talent, and strengthen operational frameworks that support business growth.

Accountabilities:

The role is responsible for leading teams, improving operational performance, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services across engineering, support, and program functions.

  • Lead staffing, priorities, performance management, and professional development for quality, support, and program-management teams.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain team members while establishing a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Define operating standards, escalation processes, team structures, and governance models to improve execution.
  • Partner with leadership teams to align resources, priorities, risks, and business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards, controls, documentation, and compliance practices across service delivery workflows.
  • Monitor quality metrics including defects, rework, audit findings, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives.
  • Support root-cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
  • Oversee support operations, including intake, triage, escalation, resolution tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Manage service performance indicators such as response times, resolution targets, backlog health, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure teams have effective tools, documentation, training resources, and operational knowledge bases.
  • Lead governance and execution for multiple concurrent programs, managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
  • Drive cross-functional planning, reporting, readiness reviews, and continuous improvement of program management practices.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience leading technical operations, engineering services, and multidisciplinary teams in complex enterprise environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in engineering services, infrastructure integration, technical support, quality, operations, service delivery, or program management.
  • 5+ years of experience leading technical or cross-functional service delivery teams.
  • Proven experience establishing KPIs, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Strong background in enterprise infrastructure, hardware/software integration, data center, or edge technology environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems, system verification, engineering change management, Linux, and Windows environments preferred.
  • Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, performance management, conflict resolution, and talent development.
  • Experience with quality assurance, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, audit readiness, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Strong program management capabilities across scope, schedules, resources, dependencies, and risks.
  • Ability to translate technical information into business insights and executive-level reporting.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
