Are you ready to join the programmatic evolution?

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
  • Own the accuracy and quality of campaign set up, troubleshooting and delivery against our revenue targets.
  • Ownership and accountability for the set up and management of our incentive programmes. Ensuring your team are correctly following processes and procedures, the detail sits with you and your team for correct implementation.
  • Partner closely with the Technical Account Management team on the set up, launch, and scaling of new agency partnerships, particularly Marketplaces, as well as on the ongoing success of these.
  • Lead from the front commercially, spending meaningful time in market to personally drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities alongside your team, leading by example and coaching and developing their ability to do the same.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with key agency and marketer stakeholders, and coach the team to develop the same commercial instincts.
  • Build genuine trust and a strong working partnership with the Sales team, aligning on account strategy, prioritisation, and joint go to market plans.
  • Represent the interests and priorities of EMEA based Account Managers within global forums, connecting regularly with AM colleagues in France and Germany and with regional Managing Directors to ensure continuity.
  • Build strong working relationships with AM leadership counterparts in the Americas and APAC, sharing best practice in both directions and collaborating to ensure timely global responses.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for central teams rolling out new global programs or processes, providing practical feedback from an EMEA perspective and driving adoption within the team.
  • Own business performance across the team’s portfolio, setting clear expectations against client objectives and revenue targets, and working with senior leadership to translate strategy into actionable quarterly plans.
  • Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of 4 Account Managers and 2 Associate Account Managers, building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Here's what you need:
  • 8+ years of experience in account management, campaign operations, or client services within adtech or programmatic media, including people management experience.
  • A track record of balancing meticulous operational detail with commercial and strategic thinking.
  • Confidence operating in a customer facing capacity, with credibility in front of senior agency and marketer stakeholders.
  • Strong experience partnering with Sales teams, with the ability to build trust.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence across regions and functions without relying on direct authority.
  • Familiarity with agency partnership is required and your own network of connections would be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable representing the team and the region in global forums.
