Bill Howe started AM/PM Sewer & Drain Cleaning in 1980. Responsibilities:
- Oversee field leads and field technicians
- Directly responsible for training, managing, and evaluating field technicians
- Conduct ride-along with technicians, site visits with technicians, and provide feedback
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and if necessary all permits are obtained
- Monitor field technicians and leads following company service guidelines for appearance and hygiene.
- Hold technicians accountable by coaching and supporting them toward determined key performance indicators.
- Communicate and monitor goals
- Manage workload and schedules to best utilize manpower and maximize profits
- Assist field leads in duties
- Facilitate weekly meetings
- Resolve customer issues or concerns to ensure complete satisfaction
- Ensure all department operations are carried out in compliance with local, state, federal, and company requirements
- Ensure all team members comply with OSHA safety standards.
- Harness a safety culture
- Provide feedback to executives regarding field trends, technician morale, safety issues, etc.
- Achieve budgeted average ticket and gross margin
- Meet or exceed all company goals
- Perform clerical duties associated with, but not limited to, field technician paperwork and personnel evaluations
- Carry out additional duties assigned by the Operations Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Plumbing Service Manager required
- Knowledge of current code requirements
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Clean driving record
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs.
- Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).
Environmental Conditions:
- Climate-controlled Office/Field setting.

The pay range for this role is:
85,000 - 125,000 USD per year(San Diego)
