Freight Coordinator: Keep Our Products Moving Are you a detail-driven logistics pro who loves solving problems, building relationships, and keeping shipments on track? We’re looking for a Freight Coordinator who can help move materials and finished products efficiently, cost-effectively, and on schedule. In this role, you’ll be the connection point between management, sales, warehouse teams, production, transportation partners, and customers. What You’ll Do • Coordinate freight and logistics information with the General Manager and Sales Director to support company needs. • Schedule and monitor inbound supplies and outbound finished products to keep operations moving smoothly. • Build strong working relationships with transportation companies, warehouse and production managers, and customer freight contacts. • Post freight directly on truckstop.com and 360freight.com to reduce broker use and improve cost control. • Track compliance, quality control, and completion systems to ensure freight activity meets company standards. • Stay current on transportation tools and technologies that can reduce delivery time and cost. You’ll stay in close communication with leaders, warehouse personnel, distribution teams, trucking partners, and customer contacts to make sure freight strategies work in the real world—not just on paper. When issues come up, you’ll take initiative, find solutions, and help keep everyone aligned.
