Base Pay: $15.50 per hour

What You'll Do:

As a Guest Sales Associate, you’ll shape each guest’s experience from start to finish, delivering exceptional service in a welcoming environment. You’ll work alongside a passionate team while helping guests feel confident, radiant, and comfortable in their own skin—making a lasting impact every day.

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.Sales experience is a plus.Flexible availability is required to support business needs, including a mix of opening, closing, and weekend shifts
