• Attend IEP meetings and contribute behavioral recommendations
• Train and support school staff
• Analyze behavioral data and monitor student progress
• Maintain appropriate documentation and professional standards
Qualifications
• Active BCBA certification required
• Connecticut licensure/certification as applicable
• School-based, pediatric, or ABA experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for helping students succeed
