What You’ll Do

Directly manage commercial general liability, excess, and auto claims.Investigate and evaluate coverage, liability, and damages with precision.Anticipate and pursue risk transfer opportunities.Oversee litigation in partnership with Approved Panel Counsel.Ensure proper file setup, reserving, and compliance with company procedures.Participate in developing claims handling strategies and serve on companywide committees.Maintain required adjuster licenses across applicable states.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Minimum of 7 years in commercial claims handling or a related field.Education: Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience.Skills: Strong analytical ability, leadership mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Travel ​	As required, based upon business needs.
Work Environment / Physical Demand​s	This position operates in a professional, collaborative environment and must have the ability to timely produce thorough, accurate work with many competing demands, deadlines, and distractions. The position uses standard equipment such as phones, computers, copiers/printers and filing cabinets. Noise level is moderate.
