Community Resource Navigator in Annapolis, Maryland at Arundel Lodge

The Community Resource Navigator supports individuals with behavioral health needs by connecting them to appropriate community-based services and resources.

This role focuses on improving access to care, addressing social determinants of health, reducing disparities, supporting individuals in achieving stability and recovery and helping clients navigate complex systems including mental health, substance use treatment, housing, and social services.

The Community Resource Navigator reports directly to the Behavioral Health Urgent Care Center Director (BHUCC Director).
