About the Role:
The Server Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for guests. This position involves assisting servers by preparing tables, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. The Server Assistant acts as a vital link between the kitchen and the dining room, facilitating efficient service flow and timely delivery of orders. By anticipating the needs of both guests and servers, the Server Assistant helps create a welcoming and hospitable environment. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Basic communication skills in English to interact with team members and guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.

- Clear and reset tables efficiently to accommodate new guests.
- Support the team by restocking supplies and maintaining organized service stations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate orders and service flow.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and assist in resolving minor issues to enhance the dining experience.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
