About the Role
Sentriforce is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SiteOps Tech to support our Video Gateway (VG) Server infrastructure and ensure continuous visibility of surveillance assets within our Monitoring Center.
This role plays a critical part in keeping deployed camera systems accessible, properly configured, and fully operational. While technical experience is important, we are looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn and grow within a structured technical environment.
Training will be provided on our VG Server systems, asset workflows, and thermal camera verification processes.

VG Server Support
• Assist with updating and maintaining Video Gateway (VG) Servers.
• Ensure cameras and other assets are properly assigned to the correct servers.
• Help monitor server performance and identify issues impacting visibility.
• Support asset migrations between servers when needed.
Asset Visibility & Monitoring
• Verify that all deployed assets are visible to the Monitoring Center.
• Confirm camera feeds are live, properly labeled, and functioning as expected.
• Troubleshoot and escalate offline or misconfigured devices.
• Perform quality checks after updates or server changes.
Thermal Camera Verification
• Review thermal camera views to ensure clarity and proper configuration.
• Confirm that thermal feeds are correctly displayed within monitoring platforms.
Documentation & Quality Control
• Maintain accurate records of updates, migrations, and system checks.
• Follow standard operating procedures for server and asset management.
• Participate in continuous improvement of SiteOps processes.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow structured technical processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Preferred (But Not Required)
• Experience with video surveillance systems or camera technologies.
• Exposure to server environments or video management systems (VMS).
• Familiarity with IP cameras, RTSP streams, or thermal imaging systems.
