This senior-level role sits at the intersection of product strategy, technical marketing, and enterprise infrastructure innovation.
You will be responsible for shaping how complex infrastructure solutions are positioned, understood, and adopted across global markets.
The role blends deep technical expertise with strong storytelling and market-facing influence to drive product awareness and business growth.
You will act as a key translator between engineering, product, sales, and customers, ensuring clarity and consistency in value messaging.
Working across highly technical domains such as colocation, hybrid cloud, and AI infrastructure, you will help define how enterprise customers consume and scale digital infrastructure.
This is a high-impact leadership role where your insights directly shape go-to-market success, customer adoption, and competitive positioning.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead technical marketing strategy for infrastructure products, ensuring clear and compelling positioning across all customer segments.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality technical assets such as design guides, deployment frameworks, demos, and implementation documentation.
  • Create and deliver enablement content for global sales teams, partners, and analysts to improve product understanding and adoption.
  • Build structured RFP content, value narratives, and ROI frameworks that support complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Support strategic customer engagements, including solution design, implementation planning, and escalation management.
  • Collaborate with product teams to coordinate pilot programs, beta testing, and early customer feedback loops.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to refine positioning and influence product roadmap direction.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in technical marketing, product management, sales engineering, or related infrastructure roles.
  • Strong background in networking, cloud, data center environments, or enterprise infrastructure solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with colocation, hybrid cloud, and private cloud architectures, including trade-offs and customer use cases.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business and customer value narratives.
  • Deep understanding of AI infrastructure trends and the evolving role of physical infrastructure in enterprise-scale AI.
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems and vendors such as enterprise hardware, cloud, and systems integrators.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence both technical and executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives in matrixed or ambiguous environments without direct authority.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with additional eligibility for bonus and equity programs.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance options.
  • Retirement savings plan with company contributions to support long-term financial security.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, and opportunities to rest and recharge.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) supporting personal and professional wellbeing.
  • Inclusive and flexible benefits designed to support employees and their families across different life stages.
  • Career development opportunities in a global, innovation-driven environment.
