Senior Campaign Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Campaign Manager based in United States.

As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will lead the development and execution of high-impact, multi-channel marketing initiatives designed to drive engagement, pipeline growth, and customer expansion. This role offers the opportunity to shape and optimize Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and customer upsell strategies while collaborating closely with sales, product marketing, content, and digital teams. You will oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, leveraging data, technology, and creativity to generate measurable business outcomes. Working in a fast-paced and globally connected environment, you will influence strategic marketing decisions, improve campaign performance, and strengthen customer relationships. Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business goals, target audience needs, and revenue objectives.
  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle, including strategy development, planning, execution, monitoring, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and customer upsell initiatives designed to increase engagement, demand generation, and customer growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product marketing, content, and digital marketing to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of campaign assets such as landing pages, email campaigns, advertising creatives, videos, and supporting content.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between marketing and sales teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, account targeting, and campaign objectives.
  • Support business development and sales enablement efforts through the creation of messaging frameworks, email templates, call scripts, and automated workflows.
  • Manage campaign budgets and resource allocation to maximize return on investment and marketing effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
  • Conduct testing and experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing, to enhance conversion rates and audience engagement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activity to continuously improve marketing strategies.
  • Mentor and support junior marketing professionals while promoting collaboration and high-performance standards.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in campaign management, preferably within B2B SaaS, technology, fintech, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Strong expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and customer lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and ABM technologies such as Pardot, HubSpot, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce or equivalent systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and globally distributed environment.
  • Experience within payroll, HR technology, fintech, or related sectors is considered an advantage.
