Sales Director (Bilingual) - Fintech & PSP

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Director (Bilingual) - Fintech & PSP based in United States.

This is a high-impact commercial leadership role at the forefront of modern financial infrastructure, focused on driving growth across fintech, payments, and digital asset ecosystems. You will be responsible for expanding strategic client relationships and building new business across key financial verticals in a fast-scaling, globally distributed environment. The role combines end-to-end sales ownership with deep client engagement, from prospecting and pipeline development through to onboarding and account expansion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape commercial strategy and ensure product-market alignment. Acting as both a revenue driver and market ambassador, you will represent innovative payment and stablecoin-based solutions to leading enterprise clients. This position is ideal for a commercially driven, bilingual sales leader who thrives in dynamic, high-growth markets.

Accountabilities:
  • Drive revenue growth across all product lines by identifying, developing, and closing high-value opportunities within fintech and payments ecosystems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across financial services, PSPs, and digital asset sectors.
  • Own the full sales cycle including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, onboarding, and account expansion.
  • Develop and execute pipeline strategies in collaboration with commercial leadership to ensure coverage across target verticals.
  • Leverage industry network and market expertise to identify new business opportunities and accelerate deal flow.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, performance reporting, and sales analytics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Act as the commercial liaison between clients and product teams, capturing feedback and shaping product evolution.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client engagements as a trusted market ambassador.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of end-to-end sales and business development experience in fintech, payments, digital assets, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and closing complex commercial deals.
  • Fluency in Spanish (required) with strong bilingual communication skills in professional settings.
  • Strong network within financial services, PSPs, or fintech ecosystems.
  • Experience managing multiple sales cycles and priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or similar frameworks.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
