Customer Relations Representative
Summary
As an integral member of our dynamic customer service team, a Client Services Representative will contribute to the growth and retention of our client base and their experience. The CSR will act as a liaison between clients to provide product and service information with accuracy and efficiency. Our goal is to provide excellence in service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
Excellent management, organizational and communication (oral and written) skills, interpersonal skills along with the ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication inclusive of strong phone contact handling and active listening.
Working closely and receiving direction from business director(s) and c-level management.
Investigating and solving customer service complaints and working knowledge of CRM.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with client accounts by identifying and assessing customer’s needs, and then providing accurate and complete information through open and efficient communication. Effective handling and follow up with questions or complaints to ensure appropriate solutions.
Detail oriented individual who will demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing market and organizational needs with good logic and judgement.
Generating sales leads and meeting personal as well as customer relations team sales targets and call handling quotas.
Adaptability and resourcefulness to successfully communicate and participate with the organization on cross-functional basis, to work with other departments to provide support for customer service and sales teams to meet and exceed SLA’s and KPI’s.
Minimum Job Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility. Preferably in dental brand sales or dental industry.
