Location: Arvada, Colorado

Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience and skill level)

Job Type: Full-time in person

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30am – 3:00pm (30 min Lunch)

Position Summary

The Production Assembly Tech will report to our Head of Manufacturing. You will be responsible for the timely, efficient, and effective operation of all aspects of the physical construction and assembly of our shading solution products.

Key Responsibilities

• Window treatment assembly, including painting of parts as required.
• Ensures all products, materials, parts, and documentation follow specifications and quality standards.
• Aids in the control of inventory processes.
• Able to read and understand job orders.
• Knowledge and operation of assembly equipment including minor troubleshooting.
