This is an opportunity for a highly organized and proactive virtual assistant to support business owners and founders across a dynamic range of operational needs.
You’ll manage projects, coordinate deadlines, and handle administrative tasks that keep client businesses moving forward.
The role combines scheduling, communication, research, data entry, lead management, and other project-based responsibilities.
You’ll work directly with clients, adapting to evolving priorities while using their processes and business values as your guide.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can take an open-ended request, think critically, and develop a practical plan of action.
This fully remote position offers flexible, primarily weekday-based hours and the opportunity to expand your workload as the organization grows.

- Manage projects on behalf of clients, ensuring tasks are organized, deadlines are met, and deliverables are completed efficiently.
- Perform a broad range of virtual assistant and administrative activities, including scheduling, email management, lead conversion support, research, data entry, and other client-specific projects.
- Communicate professionally and proactively with clients, adapting your approach to different communication styles, priorities, expectations, and deadlines.
- Use each client’s business values, established processes, and objectives to guide decisions and day-to-day work.
- Identify potential issues, competing priorities, or opportunities for improvement and recommend practical solutions.
- Organize multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through.
- Support an evolving workload in a fast-growing environment where responsibilities and project needs may change frequently.
- Experience in operations, administration, virtual assistance, project coordination, or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to different clients and working styles.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset and the ability to take an open-ended problem and develop a proposed course of action independently.
- Demonstrated project and process management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong critical-thinking skills, with the confidence to question priorities and suggest when a different approach may better serve the client or project.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment and adapting quickly to changing client needs.
- Fully remote: Work remotely from within the United States with a strong focus on flexibility and work-life balance.
- Flexible schedule: Begin at approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential to increase to up to 40 hours as the organization grows.
- Primarily weekday-based work: Most projects have a typical turnaround time of 1–2 days.
