Summary The Scaffold Leadman is responsible for leading and supervising scaffold crews engaged in the erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding systems at industrial and commercial job sites. This position ensures all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and client requirements. The Scaffold Leadman coordinates daily work activities, promotes a strong safety culture, monitors productivity and quality, and serves as the primary liaison between the scaffold crew and site supervision. The role also includes mentoring team members, conducting inspections, identifying and correcting hazards, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule while maintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanship. |
