Job Description
Position Description: CDL-A OTR TEAM DRIVERS — HOME WEEKLY
$1,500 GUARANTEED WEEKLY MINIMUM PER DRIVER
$2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
Big Slab Truckin, Inc., an independent FedEx Ground contractor, is hiring full-time CDL-A OTR team truck drivers based in Olive Branch, Mississippi, near Memphis.
This is a home-weekly, unassigned FedEx Ground team-driving position operating Tuesday through Saturday. Most routes travel west from the Memphis area and return each week.
Established CDL-A teams and individual drivers willing to be paired with a qualified co-driver are encouraged to apply.
Pay and schedule
$1,500 guaranteed weekly minimum per driver
$2,000 sign-on bonus (paid out over 90 days)
$0.82 CPM, split between the team
Tuesday - Saturday OTR schedule
Home weekly
Full-time, year-round position
To qualify for the weekly guarantee, drivers must be available and ready to work the entire Tuesday-through-Saturday schedule.

This is an unassigned position, so destinations may change each week based on FedEx Ground dispatch needs. It is not a dedicated lane.
