H2 Health is seeking a Full-Time Floater Physical Therapist (PT) to support our outpatient rehabilitation teams throughout the Roanoke, Virginia market.

Your Role- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions across multiple outpatient clinic locations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function and improving quality of life.
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions and hands-on care.
- Adapt seamlessly to different clinic environments while maintaining exceptional patient experiences.
- Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Educate patients and caregivers on recovery, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation using company-supported technology.
- Support clinic operations and patient access needs throughout the market.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT, MPT, or BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- Ability and willingness to travel between assigned clinic locations within the market.
- Strong communication, adaptability, and clinical decision-making skills.
