Job Description

Charge Nurse (RN) – Clinical Operations & Accountability Lead

Madison Medical | Madison, NJ
Full-Time | In-Person | Rotating Weekends Required
Compensation: $102,000 – $110,000 per year

About Madison Medical

Madison Medical is a physician-led, multidisciplinary practice built for the future of healthcare — not the past.

We operate with exceptionally high clinical and operational standards. Our model depends on strong systems, disciplined workflows, and visible leadership on the floor to ensure professionalism, accountability, and seamless patient care.

Technology is not optional here. AI and automation are core operational tools used to reduce friction, protect staff time, and improve clinical decision-making. We believe systems matter more than heroics, and clarity beats chaos.

This is a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. We hire leaders who are adaptable, systems-minded, and comfortable driving accountability.

Position Summary

The Charge Nurse (RN) serves as the senior clinical and operational authority on-site during assigned shifts. This role leads day-to-day floor operations by coordinating staff, managing patient flow, supporting providers, enforcing professional standards, and resolving issues in real time to ensure the clinic runs smoothly from open to close.

This position requires an experienced and confident nurse with a calm but commanding presence. The ideal candidate is decisive, composed under pressure, and comfortable setting boundaries to protect patients, staff, and workflow.

The Charge Nurse partners closely with Nursing Leadership, Medical Providers, and Human Resources to identify issues early, address them directly, and maintain a consistently high-performing clinical environment.
