This role is a high-impact leadership opportunity focused on driving revenue growth across a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts within regulated and complex industries. You will lead and scale a team of Strategic Account Executives responsible for expanding existing customer relationships and accelerating cross-sell opportunities across a global communications and customer engagement platform. The position blends people leadership, consultative enterprise sales, and strategic account expansion in a fast-moving, metrics-driven environment. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, product, and operations to shape deal strategy and execution. This is a highly visible role where your leadership directly influences regional performance, forecasting accuracy, and customer success outcomes. You will also play a key role in building a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer value creation. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing Strategic Accounts organization, driving revenue expansion, and ensuring strong execution across enterprise customer relationships. You will balance hands-on leadership with strategic planning to ensure pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and consistent performance across your team.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 Strategic Account Executives focused on enterprise account expansion and cross-sell growth
- Drive pipeline development, deal progression, and execution of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities
- Own forecasting accuracy, CRM discipline, and performance reporting for the regional portfolio
- Conduct weekly 1:1s, provide deal coaching, and support long-term career development of team members
- Partner cross-functionally with sales engineering, product, and customer success to execute strategic account plans
- Support high-value customer and executive-level meetings to strengthen relationships and accelerate deal cycles
- Ensure consistent application of a consultative, value-based sales approach across all accounts
This role requires a seasoned sales leader with a strong background in enterprise SaaS or technical solutions selling, combined with proven experience managing high-performing account teams in complex environments.
- 8+ years of experience in technical solutions or enterprise SaaS sales
- 4+ years of experience leading and managing teams of account executives or strategic account managers
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline management in enterprise accounts
- Experience working with communication platforms, contact center solutions, messaging, or related technologies is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to build consultative relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide sales strategy and performance management
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
