This role is focused on executing high-impact link-building and digital outreach strategies to strengthen website authority, improve search rankings, and drive qualified organic traffic. You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing high-quality backlink placements across relevant media platforms, blogs, and authoritative domains. The position requires a strong blend of relationship-building, SEO knowledge, and analytical thinking to evaluate domain quality and ensure alignment with business goals. You will collaborate closely with content teams to develop outreach-driven articles and campaigns that improve placement success rates. The role also involves continuous competitor analysis, reporting, and monitoring of backlink performance. This is a remote, performance-driven role where your work directly contributes to digital visibility and growth. The environment is fast-paced, research-intensive, and highly collaborative.
- Execute end-to-end link-building activities, securing 20–30 high-quality backlinks through guest posts, link insertions, outreach placements, press releases, and crowd links.
- Research and identify high-authority media opportunities, evaluate domain relevance, and build long-term relationships with webmasters and publishers.
- Conduct domain analysis to ensure backlink quality based on SEO metrics such as DR, TF, traffic, trust score, and spam indicators.
- Manage outreach communications with webmasters and media contacts to negotiate placements and ensure successful link acquisition.
- Perform competitor backlink audits using SEO tools such as Ahrefs and SEMrush to identify new opportunities and refine outreach strategy.
- Collaborate with content teams to develop outreach-focused articles and increase successful link placement rates.
- Monitor backlink status, indexing, and removals, resolving issues and ensuring sustained link performance.
- Prepare detailed monthly reports on link-building activities, performance metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
- Track competitor content and outreach strategies and provide actionable insights to the content team for replication and improvement.
- Support basic social media outreach activities, including account creation and regular posting to enhance visibility.
- 3+ years of experience in link building, SEO, digital PR, or outreach-focused roles.
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level), with excellent written proficiency for outreach and negotiation.
- Proven experience working with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Majestic, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of backlink quality metrics including DR, TF, domain traffic, and spam evaluation.
- Excellent research, analytical, and negotiation skills with a proactive and creative mindset.
- Prior experience managing relationships with webmasters or maintaining a personal outreach/contact database is highly valued.
- Basic understanding of HTML and SEO principles is a plus.
- Familiarity with social platforms such as Reddit, Quora, Twitter, and Facebook for content distribution and engagement.
