This role is focused on developing high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals for Federal, State, and public sector contracts across international markets, including the USA and Canada. You will be responsible for crafting persuasive written content that aligns with strict RFP, RFQ, and RFI requirements while clearly communicating technical and business solutions. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts and technical stakeholders, to build accurate and impactful proposals. You will also play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual guidelines while enhancing the visual and narrative quality of submissions. In this fast-paced environment, you will manage multiple bids simultaneously, balancing precision, deadlines, and strategic messaging. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of complete proposal documents that are compliant, compelling, and aligned with federal and state procurement requirements.
- Develop and write comprehensive proposals in response to Federal, State, RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs
- Create structured outlines, compliance matrices, and capability matrices aligned with solicitation requirements
- Ensure adherence to IDIQ contract structures and manage associated task order documentation
- Collaborate with technical teams and subject matter experts to gather accurate and relevant content
- Produce high-quality written narratives and visually engaging proposal materials
- Improve and streamline the proposal development process to enhance efficiency and turnaround time
- Manage multiple concurrent proposals while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency
- Ensure all submissions meet regulatory, legal, and client-specific requirements
- Maintain strong quality control across all proposal documentation and deliverables
This position requires strong proposal writing experience within government or public sector contracting environments, along with excellent writing, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Proven experience in proposal writing and development for Federal and/or State contracts
- Strong understanding of RFP, RFQ, RFI processes and IDIQ contract structures
- Experience managing multiple complex proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and technical teams
- Experience creating structured, compliant, and client-focused proposal documents
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to produce visually structured and compelling proposal content (text and graphics)
- Familiarity with bid management and proposal compliance standards
- Flexible work model (Pune-based or remote option available)
