This senior leadership role is responsible for building and scaling a next-generation Sales-as-a-Service practice within a high-performance customer experience environment. You will define the operating model for outsourced sales delivery, transforming proven execution capabilities into a structured, market-ready offering. The role combines deep sales operations expertise with strategic design of training, coaching, compensation, and performance systems that directly impact revenue outcomes. You will leverage data, conversation analytics, and AI-enabled tools to accelerate agent productivity and improve conversion performance at scale. Acting as both architect and practitioner, you will translate operational excellence into commercial offerings that can be sold and delivered globally. This is a high-impact position for a leader who thrives at the intersection of sales operations, analytics, and scalable service design. - Design and implement the end-to-end sales operating model across inbound and outbound, B2C and B2B environments, ensuring measurable improvement in conversion and revenue performance.
- Identify breakdowns in sales performance and define operational interventions to improve conversion rates, funnel efficiency, and revenue per agent.
- Develop and maintain unit economics frameworks for sales programs, including revenue per call, conversion metrics, ramp performance, and contribution margin analysis.
- Build speed-to-competency frameworks, including onboarding programs, certification gates, ramp targets, and performance validation models.
- Codify objection handling, coaching methodologies, and QA frameworks to improve agent performance and accelerate productivity.
- Design compensation structures for agents, including variable pay models, SPIFs, accelerators, and incentives aligned with revenue outcomes.
- Develop outcome-based pricing models and commercial structures for clients to support scalable Sales-as-a-Service offerings.
- Create structured sales practice offerings, including service catalogues, vertical playbooks, and repeatable delivery frameworks.
- Translate operational expertise into client-facing materials such as RFPs, solution narratives, capability decks, and executive presentations.
- Act as subject matter expert in strategic sales pursuits, supporting solution design and representing operational credibility in client discussions.
- Engage with industry analysts and senior sales leaders to position the practice as a benchmark in Sales-as-a-Service delivery.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales operations, inside sales leadership, or sales BPO delivery with accountability for performance metrics such as conversion, revenue per agent, and ramp efficiency.
- Proven experience designing and optimizing sales compensation models and understanding their behavioral and performance impacts.
- Strong track record of building operational IP such as training programs, coaching frameworks, QA systems, and performance playbooks.
- Experience working with conversation intelligence tools, CRM platforms, AI-assisted coaching solutions, and sales analytics systems.
- Strong understanding of sales environments in regulated industries such as financial services, telecom, insurance, or similar sectors.
- Ability to translate complex operational data into clear commercial insights and executive-level narratives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with credibility among senior sales leaders, including VPs of Sales and Sales Operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence executive and client audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect operational levers to financial outcomes and revenue performance.
