This role is a highly execution-focused outbound marketing position centered on driving qualified sales pipeline through strategic cold email campaigns. You will own the end-to-end email outreach process, from prospect research and list building to campaign execution, optimization, and lead qualification. The position requires a strong understanding of cold email strategy, deliverability best practices, and data-driven campaign improvement. You will be responsible for crafting personalized messaging, managing multi-touch outreach sequences, and continuously optimizing performance based on engagement metrics. Working closely with sales teams, you will ensure that qualified leads are properly routed into the CRM and sales pipeline. This is a fast-paced, analytical role ideal for someone who thrives on experimentation, performance tracking, and continuous improvement in outbound marketing.
- Build and maintain highly targeted prospect lists using tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms.
- Design, write, and execute multi-step cold email campaigns with personalized messaging and optimized sequencing.
- Monitor and manage email deliverability, including domain warmup, sender reputation, and inbox health.
- Continuously test and optimize campaign elements such as subject lines, copy, CTAs, and send timing.
- Track and analyze performance metrics including open rates, reply rates, bounce rates, and conversions.
- Qualify inbound replies and route high-quality leads to sales teams with complete context and notes.
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM records and ensure proper documentation of outreach activities.
- Ensure compliance with email regulations and outbound best practices, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound lead generation, cold email outreach, SDR, or performance marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience with outbound tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, or similar platforms.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft concise, persuasive, and personalized cold emails.
- Solid understanding of email deliverability, inbox health, and basic technical concepts such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign tracking and data management.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Excellent written English communication skills and attention to detail.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
