- Manage inbound customer inquiries and service requests related to corporate card products while meeting established service level expectations.
- Advise customers on corporate credit card solutions and strategies that align with their financial and operational needs.
- Handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently while following established customer conversation frameworks and service procedures.
- Process customer transactions accurately and complete all required documentation and follow-up activities.
- Escalate complex or unresolved situations to the appropriate internal stakeholders when necessary.
- Maintain current knowledge of credit card products, industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive market offerings.
- Identify opportunities to introduce relevant promotions, products, or referrals during customer interactions.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of customer and organizational information while adhering to privacy and compliance regulations.
- Monitor and report suspicious activity related to anti-money laundering and financial crime prevention requirements.
- Contribute to team success by supporting operational goals, problem resolution, and service quality initiatives.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, financial services, banking, or corporate card operations.
- Post-secondary education in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Fluency in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Knowledge of corporate credit card products and understanding of financial services industry practices and trends.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while achieving performance and service targets.
- Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Comfortable working flexible schedules, including shifts between Sunday and Saturday within operational hours.

- Competitive salary ranging from CAD $38,500 to $71,000 based on experience, qualifications, and location.
