Sacred Circle Healthcare is seeking a full-time Ambulatory Registered Nurse (RN), for our Wendover, Utah location.
Job Summary
Overview:
Provides professional nursing care to assigned patients in an outpatient setting. Assists medical providers in tasks as assigned. Works autonomously as well as collaboratively with the entire clinic team to ensure the delivery of high quality and efficient health care.

Work Schedule:
To Be Determined with the availability of 7:45 am – 8:30 pm Monday through Friday. Evening and weekend work may be required as needed.
Addition Information:
Due to the remote location of this position, limited housing accommodations and transportation assistance may be available for employees working in Wendover, Utah, based on operational needs and availability.
The successful candidate:
- Clinical Practice and Quality of Care
- Performs nursing interventions by collaborating with the interprofessional team incorporating appropriate standards of care.Assesses and collects data related to patient health status and works in collaboration with the care team to develop the plan of care.Evaluates patient’s response to plan of care and works in collaboration with the interprofessional team to make any needed adjustmentsAssumes responsibility and accountability for effectively managing nursing care of individual patientsDocuments nursing assessment and interventions to reflect comprehensive and integrated approach to patient careProvides care that is safe, ethical, patient-centered, culturally congruent and evidence-based
- Telephone, EMR and in-person triage (for symptom management)Assist with management of urgent and emergent patient care situationsReview and act on test results as directed by providerReview and manage communications from patients and staffInitiate and monitor intravenous (IV) infusionsAssist or perform procedures appropriate to scope of practice (ex: ECG, wound care, injections, etc.)Provide patient educationExecute delegation protocolsAssist with medication managementComplete accurate and timely documentation in the EMRServe as a mentor and resource to othersAssist with coordination of care across multiple care teams both in house and out of houseAssist with the management of patients with multiple chronic health conditions, acute episodes of care, behavioral health changes while promoting and supporting prevention and wellness.

Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION:
Graduate of School of Nursing
EXPERIENCE:
Relevant RN experience
CERTIFICATION/
LICENSE:
Registration as a registered nurse in Utah, ACLS certification
Preferred Requirements:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
EXPERIENCE:
Six months RN experience
CERTIFICATION/
LICENSE:
PALS certification
Other:
Experience working with the Native American community.
Experience in an acute or emergency care setting
