We are seeking a motivated Marketing Co-Op Student or Intern to join our team for a 4 to 8-month term, with the possibility of extension.
Position Summary
Support our marketing team across a variety of initiatives, including digital marketing, content creation, campaign execution, and market research. This is a hands-on learning opportunity designed for students who are eager to gain real-world marketing experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Position Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Support content creation for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies
- Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
- Assist with event marketing, promotions, and internal communications as needed
- Maintain marketing databases, assets, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support branding and messaging initiatives
Qualification Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary Marketing, Business, Communications, or related program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with marketing tools is an asset (e.g., social media platforms, Canva, Google Analytics,
CRM tools) - Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Creative, curious, and eager to learn
