Salary range (annual, CZK): 2,295,000 - 3,305,000.

Where most of our L4s sit: Q1 (2.3M - 2.55M) · Q2 (2.55M - 2.8M) · Q3 (2.8M - 3.05M) · Q4 (3.05M - 3.3M).

Current distribution: Q1 – 33% · Q2 – 27% · Q3 – 33% · Q4 – 7%.

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to help with our migration from the legacy design system to Spark UI — the component system behind Productboard Spark and Productboard Platform, built to be as legible to agents as to people. The goal is to finish it by the end of the year. You'd shape the primitives, contracts, and docs that let anyone — engineer, PM, or agent — assemble a production interface without reinventing it.

Every surface we ship runs through it. Done right, PMs and designers prototype in an afternoon, engineers stop rebuilding the same table, and quality stops being a thing we inspect for at the end. You don't make one team faster — you change how fast the whole org ships.

We've moved away from the process and toward judgment. The shift looks like this:

You ship with AI every day. You think in outcomes, not output. You can name a tradeoff you made between scope and quality and tell us why you made it. You can describe what you've stopped doing because AI made it unnecessary. You've owned features end-to-end and know what it costs to get something to GA.

Concretely, we're looking for:

Strong fit: Former founding engineer or founder. A 0-to-1 engineer who turns business insights into prototypes to validate ideas quickly. Someone who's built agentic systems in production, or done deep work with multi-step LLM workflows (tool use, memory, orchestration).

Candidates must have the legal right to work in the EU. While we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role, we're happy to support relocation to Prague for candidates already authorized to work in the EU.

Relocation Support

We offer a one-time relocation bonus ranging from $6,000 to $13,000 USD, depending on your personal situation, whether you're moving on your own or with a partner or family.

This bonus is intended to help offset moving expenses and support your transition into your new city. While it may not cover every cost, it provides meaningful financial support as you get settled.
