This role sits at the heart of day-to-day financial operations within a fast-growing business environment.
You will take ownership of bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end close activities, and financial data accuracy.
The position combines hands-on accounting with an analytical, audit-minded approach to identifying discrepancies and control gaps.
You will work closely with internal teams as well as auditors, banks, and vendors to resolve financial matters efficiently.
Your work will help maintain accurate, compliant, and audit-ready financial records as the business continues to scale.

• Own day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate ledger records in Odoo, ensuring transactions are correctly coded, classified, and assigned to the appropriate accounts and cost centers.
• Perform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and supporting schedules.
• Analyze financial data to identify anomalies, emerging trends, and potential control gaps before they develop into larger issues.
• Serve as a key contact for external auditors by preparing schedules, providing requested documentation, and maintaining audit-ready records throughout the year.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Procurement, and other internal stakeholders to resolve financial queries and ensure accounting treatments accurately reflect business activities.
• Maintain and improve Odoo-based accounting processes, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and stronger financial controls.
• Support senior finance leadership with financial reporting, ad hoc analysis, process documentation, and other accounting initiatives.
• Help ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and applicable local regulatory and tax requirements, including VAT and ZATCA-related obligations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance operations by identifying practical ways to strengthen processes and maintain financial discipline as the business grows.

• 2–4 years of professional experience in accounting, finance operations, or audit, with experience in audit or assurance environments, particularly Big 4 or mid-tier firms, considered a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including IFRS, with practical experience supporting month-end closing activities.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo or a comparable ERP system, combined with an understanding of the accounting logic behind transaction coding, classification, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to investigate financial discrepancies thoroughly.
• Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, prepayments, financial schedules, and general ledger management.
• Ability to identify anomalies, trends, and control weaknesses through financial data analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence working with internal teams, auditors, banks, vendors, and other external parties.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and organization.
• Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and proactively identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and controls.
