This role offers the opportunity to shape enterprise-scale e-commerce and web experiences that directly influence digital growth and customer engagement. You will own product strategy and roadmap development across web and commerce platforms, with a strong focus on conversion, performance, and scalability. Working closely with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and business stakeholders, you will turn customer and market needs into high-impact product initiatives. You will use data and customer insights to optimize journeys, checkout experiences, and commercial performance. The role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on backlog management, requirements definition, and delivery oversight. You will operate in a collaborative, Agile environment where your decisions can have a measurable impact on revenue, customer experience, and digital transformation.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute the e-commerce and web product strategy in alignment with digital revenue and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a web product roadmap focused on conversion, performance, scalability, and customer experience.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, customer needs, technical considerations, and return on investment.
  • Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements for web and commerce features.
  • Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, reliable, and high-availability web platforms.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to improve customer journeys, site usability, navigation, and checkout experiences.
  • Establish, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators such as conversion rate, cart abandonment, average order value, and digital revenue.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Define commerce roadmaps and contribute to go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
  • Oversee integrations with payment gateways, CRM systems, marketing platforms, and other third-party technologies.
  • Manage relationships with external e-commerce platforms, technology providers, and vendors.
  • Ensure web products align with applicable security, privacy, and data protection requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product, feature, and technical documentation.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience focused on e-commerce, web applications, or digital platforms.
  • Proven experience delivering scalable web platforms or enterprise e-commerce solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile product development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
  • Hands-on experience managing product backlogs, sprint cycles, prioritization, and delivery processes.
  • Strong ability to create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities using web analytics, customer insights, conversion data, and revenue metrics to inform product decisions.
  • Experience defining digital commerce roadmaps, product strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Ability to establish and track conversion, engagement, customer experience, and revenue KPIs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and business teams.
  • Experience with enterprise e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with SEO, conversion rate optimization, digital marketing integrations, payment processors, and CRM platforms is desirable.
  • Exposure to omnichannel commerce or regulated and high-transaction industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation: $120,000–$130,000 per year.
  • 100% remote: Work remotely from anywhere in Canada.
  • Strategic impact: Lead products and digital experiences with direct influence on conversion, customer experience, and revenue.
  • Enterprise-scale projects: Work on scalable web and e-commerce platforms serving complex business needs.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and business teams across major digital initiatives.
  • Product ownership: Take meaningful ownership of strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and product outcomes.
  • Growth opportunities: Develop expertise across e-commerce, digital product management, analytics, and enterprise technology.
  • Inclusive environment: Work in a collaborative culture that values diverse perspectives, innovation, and equal opportunity.
