About the role

IronLeaf Designs is seeking a dependable and motivated Manufacturing Associate to join our growing production and fabrication team.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment, takes pride in doing quality work, and is willing to assist wherever needed to keep production moving efficiently.

The Manufacturing Associate will support a variety of day-to-day production activities, including material handling, assembly, packaging and shipping, general fabrication support, and maintaining an organized and safe shop environment.

The ideal candidate has some previous manufacturing experience, is comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, and is eager to learn, develop new skills, and take on additional responsibility as the company grows.

What you’ll do

· Support daily manufacturing and production operations

· Assist machine operators and fabrication team members with production tasks as needed

· Move raw materials, components, and finished products throughout the facility

· Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, move, and organize materials

· Assist with basic fabrication and production processes

· Perform assembly of parts and finished products according to specifications

· Inspect parts and finished products for visible defects and overall quality

· Assist with measuring, sorting, labeling, and organizing materials and components

· Prepare finished products for packaging and shipping

· Assist with packing, labeling, staging, and loading outgoing shipments

· Receive and organize incoming materials and supplies as needed

· Maintain organized material, inventory, and production areas

· Perform basic finishing tasks such as cleaning, deburring, sanding, or preparing components as needed

· Keep workstations, equipment areas, and shared shop spaces clean and organized

· Follow company safety procedures and proper material-handling practices

· Communicate effectively with supervisors, machine operators, and other members of the production team

· Assist with other manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, and shop responsibilities as production needs require

Qualifications

· 1–2 years of manufacturing, production, fabrication, warehouse, or related experience preferred

· Forklift certification required

· Previous experience safely operating a forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

· Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with your hands

· Ability to follow work instructions, drawings, measurements, and production requirements

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

· Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday

· Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team

· Willingness to assist across different areas of production as needed

· Strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude

· Eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow into additional responsibilities

· Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
