Duties include:

Cooking delicious meals according to approved recipes

Following nutritional guidelines specific to individual residents

Operation of commercial cooking equipment

Monitoring resident meal orders and following resident specific diets

Working a routine schedule including every other weekend

Following State and federal sanitation procedures
