This role combines software development, robotic process automation, and emerging AI agent technologies to transform business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, map processes, and identify opportunities for automation. The position offers hands-on exposure to Automation Anywhere, Python, scripting, and AI Agent workflows built with tools such as n8n. You will contribute across the full automation lifecycle, from discovery and development through testing, deployment, monitoring, and support. Working in a collaborative environment, you will help deliver reliable solutions while proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and prevent production issues. - Gather and analyze functional and technical requirements, identifying business processes and activities with strong potential for RPA automation.
- Conduct meetings, interviews, and questionnaires with stakeholders to understand business context, processes, pain points, and automation opportunities.
- Work closely with the Product Owner and client teams to align requirements, priorities, and expected outcomes.
- Design and implement RPA automations using Automation Anywhere, Python, scripts, and other appropriate programming technologies.
- Build AI Agent workflows and automations, primarily using n8n as a reference platform.
- Design and execute test scenarios to validate automation functionality, reliability, and business requirements.
- Support deployment processes across QA and production environments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, testing evidence, and user acceptance records.
- Monitor automated processes and provide ongoing operational and technical support for robotic workflows.
- Identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities, providing feedback to project teams to prevent or reduce production failures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to continuously improve automation solutions, processes, and delivery practices.
- Experience with robotic process automation platforms, preferably Automation Anywhere; experience with UiPath, Blue Prism, BotCity, or similar platforms is also valuable.
- Professional experience in software or systems development using Python, Java, Microsoft technologies, or other programming languages.
- Experience designing and implementing AI Agent flows and workflows, particularly using n8n.
- Ability to understand, analyze, and translate functional and technical requirements into practical technology solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with a willingness to research alternatives and investigate unfamiliar technologies or challenges.
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the wider team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
