Job Description

This(these) are a part-time, non-tenure position which is appointed on a per semester basis.

Position(s) will be to teach

one or both sessions of

MA103 03 4:00 PM - 6:45 PM Tuesday

MA103 04 4:00 PM - 6:45 PM Thursday

Essential Functions:

Teach 3 to 6 contact hours per semester of undergraduate level laboratory coursework.Follow departmental syllabi and outlines.Integrate the Mercy core values of respect, integrity, compassion, justice and service in all aspects of interaction.Advise and mentor students.Teach at the Lakewood, NJ campus. Abide by all relevant university and/or department procedures and policies.Qualifications:

Master’s or doctorate degree in Mathematics or related areaDemonstrated successful teaching experience at the college/university level;Experience using education software programs, such as Blackboard;Competence in teaching with computers.Applicants interested in applying MUST submit the following documents via online:
