Customer Service Representative in Colorado Springs, Colorado at CAPSA HEALTHCARE

About the Role: Capsa Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Harloff division based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this customer-facing position, you will be essential to receiving and processing orders while providing top-tier support to our customers and sales representatives. We are looking for an individual who excels at maintaining professionalism and courtesy while troubleshooting and de-escalating complex customer challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to incoming customer phone calls and inquiries (via email, voicemail, and website) promptly, typically within one hour of receipt.

• Supply customers and sales teams with accurate product information, written quotes, and pricing details.

• Process invoicing, order acknowledgments, RMA, warranty orders, and freight damage claims.

• Maintain a 95% First Time Through (FTT) accuracy rate on month-over-month data entry and maintain daily logs for order entry errors.

• Obtain freight estimates, schedule freight pickups, and cooperatively provide hands-on job training to co-workers as needed.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of strong customer service experience.

• At least 2 years of previous customer service training experience is highly preferred.

• Excellent ability to multi-task and switch tasks alongside strong problem-solving and reasoning skills.

• Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate file folders, company intranets, and ERP systems.
