Core Accounts Receivable Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end A/R processes,
• Monitor aging reports and help track outstanding balances
• Support follow-up on unpaid or underpaid accounts
• Research and resolve basic billing discrepancies and account variances
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to internal controls
• Communicate professionally with patients, internal teams, or payers regarding billing questions
• Learn and utilize billing and accounting software, including spreadsheets and practice management systems

Education & Experience

• High school diploma
• Minimum 2 years billing or medical billing AR experience
