  • Track project milestones, SLAs, deadlines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor operational issues, investigate root causes, and coordinate corrective actions through to resolution.
  • Identify and communicate quantitative and qualitative project benefits in a clear, structured, and measurable way.
  • Organize project documentation and maintain accurate records throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and deliver status reports and support the development of management and project-tracking reports.
  • Facilitate collaboration between business, technology, and other stakeholders to keep initiatives aligned and moving forward.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, Actuarial Science, Technology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience within the insurance industry, ideally in product management, operations, project management, or continuous improvement.
  • Solid understanding of the insurance lifecycle, from sales through claims settlement, with knowledge of insurance products, policies, and general conditions.
  • Proven experience managing projects and applying agile methodologies such as Lean, Scrum, Kanban, or Design Thinking.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and project-tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify issues and drive root-cause resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with strong ownership and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work under tight deadlines, and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • MBA or postgraduate qualification is desirable.
  • Experience in the Transport insurance segment and dashboard development is considered an advantage.
Benefits:
  • Food allowance and/or meal voucher.
  • Access to SESI and SESC programs, including health, well-being, leisure, and lifestyle services.
  • Partnerships with educational institutions offering exclusive discounts on courses and educational programs.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and participation in strategic projects.
