This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Display Media Account Manager based in the United States.
This fully remote role offers the opportunity to lead digital media strategy and client growth across the rapidly evolving retail media landscape.
You’ll own strategic client relationships while translating business objectives into measurable advertising and growth plans.
The position has a strong focus on Amazon DSP, with responsibility for developing display strategies and educating clients on DSP best practices.
You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management, budget allocation, analytics, and performance optimization.
Working closely with clients and internal teams, you’ll identify opportunities to increase sales, profitability, retailer share, and advertising effectiveness.
The role requires someone comfortable diving deeply into data, developing actionable recommendations, and presenting strategies to senior stakeholders.

Own client relationships by building trusted partnerships, maintaining transparency, and delivering against agreed business objectives.
Develop strategic growth plans, secure client alignment, and execute agreed strategies across retail media channels.
Build and manage display media strategies, with a strong emphasis on Amazon DSP and full-funnel advertising.
Develop annual budget recommendations and allocate investment across campaigns in line with business priorities.
Create annual marketing calendars incorporating key seasonal periods, product launches, promotional opportunities, and national media plans.
Monitor campaign pacing, budget allocation, advertising effectiveness, and retail media KPIs using relevant technology and analytics.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, analyze category and account trends, evaluate advertising and total sales, and conduct competitive benchmarking.
Identify incremental sales opportunities through retailer programs, promotions, operational improvements, and other growth initiatives.
Develop retail media strategies for new product launches, including recommendations to improve retail readiness and core performance indicators.
Recommend actions that maximize retailer share, revenue, and profitability while supporting broader client priorities such as innovation and strategic product lines.
Conduct audits and performance analyses to identify opportunities for optimization and refinement.
Serve as an Amazon DSP subject-matter expert, supporting training and education for internal teams and clients on DSP best practices.
Communicate performance, insights, recommendations, and strategic plans effectively to client and internal management teams.
3–5+ years of experience in eCommerce advertising, digital marketing, retail media, or sales.
3–5+ years of client-facing account management experience, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
In-depth knowledge of display media advertising and hands-on experience with Amazon DSP.
Strong understanding of how retail media, sales, and operational activities interact to drive eCommerce performance.
Demonstrated success developing and implementing strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to operate strategically while remaining comfortable with hands-on execution and tactical problem-solving.
Strong ownership mentality, with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive initiatives through completion.
Ability to identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency.
Moderate proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in product management, project management, financial analysis, negotiation, or marketing is a plus.
