Lead Floor Tech in Savannah, Georgia at Marsden South

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:30 PM 11:45 PM

Marsden South is seeking a Lead Experienced Floor Technician to join our team in the Savannah, GA area. This leadership role is ideal for a motivated floor care professional with experience in commercial floor maintenance who can work independently, follow schedules, and maintain high-quality standards across multiple locations.

As a Lead Floor Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing floor care services, ensuring quality workmanship, and performing specialized floor maintenance tasks including stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing, and burnishing.

• Perform floor care services including stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing, and scrubbing.
• Lead and support floor care operations at assigned locations.
• Travel between multiple work sites as needed.
• Follow and execute provided schedules and work assignments.
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards.
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment properly.
• Work independently while maintaining a professional attitude and appearance.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to drive between multiple locations.
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record required.
• Must be able to follow the schedule provided.
• Must be able to remain on your feet for the entire shift.
• Must be able to pass an extended background check.
• Previous floor care experience required.
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
