This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor C# - Pleno/Sênior based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity for an experienced software developer to build and enhance business-critical applications using C# and the .NET ecosystem.
You will develop screens, reports, APIs, business rules, and other functionalities aligned with defined product and project requirements.
The role combines hands-on development with architectural thinking, code quality, performance, and secure software practices.
You will contribute to an agile development environment and help translate solution designs into maintainable, scalable code.
Beyond individual delivery, you will support less-experienced developers and encourage engineering best practices across the team.
The position offers the chance to work with modern development approaches, cloud-oriented tooling, microservices, and enterprise software.
This is a remote, full-time CLT opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and continuously improving products.

• Develop screens, reports, business functionalities, and business rules using C# and the .NET ecosystem according to project specifications.

• Write clean, maintainable, testable code while applying software development best practices, design patterns, SOLID principles, and Clean Code practices.

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations while considering architecture, code design, performance, and security.

• Participate in technical discussions and agile ceremonies to clarify requirements, understand project impacts, and identify effective implementation approaches.

• Translate solution architecture and technical designs into reliable, production-ready code.

• Identify risks, technical impediments, performance issues, and problems in existing code, implementing appropriate improvements.

• Deliver development activities with quality and within agreed timelines, proactively communicating issues that may affect delivery.

• Promote engineering best practices and contribute to continuous improvements within the development team.

• Support and mentor less-experienced developers and provide technical assistance when required.

• Work with development and version-control tools, including Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Git, and/or Team Foundation Server.

• Use the applicable development framework and contribute to the evolution of business applications and enterprise solutions.

• Higher education degree completed in Technology or a related field.

• Solid professional experience in back-end development with C# and SQL Server or Oracle.

• Experience with .NET Core, WebForms, MVC, RESTful APIs, and microservices.

• Experience developing or maintaining HR ERP systems, particularly solutions related to Personnel/Payroll Administration.

• Practical knowledge of software architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), SOLID principles, Design Patterns, Clean Code, and secure software development.

• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

• Experience using Azure DevOps and source-control tools such as Git and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS).

• Knowledge of software performance best practices and the ability to identify and address performance-related issues.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and understand the impact of new implementations or product changes.

• Proactivity, resilience, commitment, ethical conduct, and strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to learn new technologies, programming languages, and tools as project needs evolve.

• Desirable knowledge of Microsoft certifications, RabbitMQ/Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, and non-relational databases such as Datastore, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.

• Familiarity with software testing practices such as TDD and BDD is a plus.

• Knowledge of React and/or Angular is desirable.
