  • Participate in business planning meetings, disease awareness initiatives, professional society activities, and other commercial programs as assigned.
  • Support patient education meetings, virtual clinic engagements, account team calls, and other remote-selling activities.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Travel throughout the assigned multi-state territory to support customer relationships, account development, and business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience managing complex customer relationships and developing strategic account or territory plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and customer-management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, follow through on commitments, and adapt effectively to changing business environments.
  • Goal-oriented approach with the ability to establish ambitious but achievable objectives and track progress against them.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through virtual meeting and collaboration platforms as well as in person.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, including the ability to collaborate across teams without formal authority.
  • Advanced educational qualifications or additional healthcare experience are preferred.
  • Experience selling within hospitals and academic institutions is highly desirable.
  • Experience with orphan-disease products and new product launches is highly desirable.
  • Willingness and ability to travel overnight approximately 60–80%, depending on territory geography and business needs.
