Software Engineer in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania at Triple LLC

Numo is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Financial Platform team, responsible for invoicing, payment, and settlement infrastructure serving our partner network — the merchants who fund offers and the banks who distribute them to cardholders.

There are many interesting problems ahead including payment matching, tiered billing, partner self-service portals, at-a-glance metrics, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI
• Develop and optimize SQL against a Snowflake data warehouse, including schema design and complex query authoring
• Participate in infrastructure changes (Terraform/Terragrunt) required to support new features
• Collaborate with frontend and platform stakeholders to deliver features end-to-end
• Contribute to the design and implementation of billing and settlement logic

• Demonstrated professional experience with Python, including API development
• Strong SQL skills, including experience with modern cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)
• Working knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform)
• Demonstrated ability to own features from design through deployment
• Minimum of 6 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, billing, or another regulated industry
• Experience integrating with NetSuite or similar accounting/ERP APIs
• Familiarity with React and TypeScript
