Why Join Choice Digital
Choice Digital is growing fast, profitable, and scaling into new industries where modern disbursements are no longer optional – they’re essential.
Here's why people love building their careers here:
- Proven growth: You'll join a profitable company serving 300+ clients and rapidly expanding into new markets.
- Real impact: You’ll own relationships with some of the nation’s largest utilities, insurance providers, and enterprise organizations, and your work will directly determine whether they stay, grow, and advocate for us.
- Culture of confidence: Enjoy a collaborative, casual environment where we balance autonomy with accountability.
- Future-focused: Join a best-in-class Account Management organization early, work alongside Client Development, Product, Operations, and Leadership, and build the track record that leads to senior and strategic account ownership.
Our Core Values
Our Core Values guide how we work and who we strive to be.
- Relentless Ownership. We take responsibility end to end. If it is ours, we own it until the outcome is achieved.
- Find the Right Way Forward. When the work matters, we focus on solutions. We don’t get stuck on obstacles or default to “no.” If something aligns with our vision and improves outcomes for clients or recipients, we ask how to make it happen.
- Lead with Integrity. We act in ways that make us worthy of trust from clients, consumers, and each other. We do not trade trust for speed, convenience, or short-term economics.
Position Overview
The Account Manager owns the health, retention, and growth of a portfolio of Choice Digital clients — from the moment a new client signs through every renewal and expansion that follows.
Reporting to the Director, Account Management, you’ll be accountable for client onboardings end to end, serve as the day-to-day relationship owner for your accounts, and keep a close read on client health so risks surface early and get solved. You’ll also be responsible for growing your book: identifying where clients would benefit from additional products, programs, or payment channels, and partnering cross-functionally to bring those opportunities to close.
Success here looks like deep knowledge of a defined set of accounts, disciplined follow-through, and expansion revenue that comes from genuinely solving more of the client’s problems — not from cold outreach.
This is a full-time, in-office position.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Implementation
- Accountable for the onboarding process for new clients end to end, from signed agreement through first successful disbursements and steady-state operation.
- Build and manage onboarding plans with clear milestones, owners, and timelines, and hold both Choice Digital and the client accountable to them.
- Coordinate across Payment Operations, Product, Compliance, and Customer Support to keep implementations on schedule and clear blockers before they become delays.
- Lead client-facing onboarding calls, training sessions, and go-live readiness reviews.
- Ensure every new client reaches defined adoption and volume milestones, and Choice Digital is delivering consistently on its contractual obligations
Client Health & Retention
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients.
- Monitor client health indicators — volume trends, adoption, support activity, payment performance, and stakeholder engagement — and act early when signals turn.
- Build and maintain account plans that capture client goals, stakeholders, contract terms, renewal dates, and open risks.
- Run regular check-ins and business reviews that show clients the value they’re getting and where they can get more.
- Drive on-time renewals and protect revenue by resolving issues before they reach the renewal conversation.
- Escalate complex or at-risk situations to the Director, Account Management with a clear read on the problem and a recommended path forward.
Account Optimization: Upsell & Cross-Sell
- Identify expansion opportunities within your portfolio — additional payment channels, new business units, added products, and increased volume.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of optimization opportunities across your accounts, and work them with consistent, documented follow-through.
- Build the business case for expansion in the client’s terms: cost, risk, recipient experience, and operational lift.
- Partner cross functionally on pricing, proposals, and contracting for larger or more complex expansions.
- Meet retention and expansion targets for your book of business.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Discipline
- Advocate for client needs internally while balancing operational realities and business priorities.
- Partner with Payment Operations and Customer Support to resolve client issues and keep clients informed through resolution.
- Relay client feedback and product requests to Product with enough context to make them actionable.
- Keep account records, activity, opportunities, and client health status current and accurate in our systems.
- Contribute to Account Management playbooks, templates, and process improvements as the team scales.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or a comparable client-facing role.
- Demonstrated ownership of client retention and expansion outcomes, including renewals, upsells, or cross-sells.
- Experience managing client onboardings or implementations with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through — able to run a portfolio of accounts without losing track of commitments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and comfort leading client calls and presentations.
- A consultative, relationship-driven sales approach, with the confidence to ask for the business when the timing is right.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Support, Product, and Sales teams.
- Comfort working with data to spot trends and build a case.
Preferred:
- Experience in Fintech, Payments, or technology-enabled services.
- Experience supporting enterprise clients or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with CRM and client health tooling, and with account planning frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- Competitive annual compensation range of $90,000 to $105,000
- Annual bonus linked to company success and your personal performance
